    If "News" means media exposure, we've got great news to report.  Our books have been well received and adequately reviewed in newspapers, magazines and periodicals; on television and radio talk shows in the Southern region and elsewhere.  With a background in media and public relations, this is an aspect of the business that brings out the best in our resident writer.

    If "News" means what's happenin' at Parlance, we're pleased to report that we've never been busier.  Several regional travel and lifestyle books are in the works, plus we're working on a novel and producing a documentary for a client.  Since we're an independent publisher who works for ourselves and others, we do stay busy.  And we're thankful for that.
